He also revealed how government agents would pick them up after a period of time and haul them away. At that time, he also told how the federal government was paying local jails to hold them indefinitely, but with the new and expanded powers of the Patriot Act, this kind of illegal seizure is legal.)

The new Guidelines warn against searching "for information by individuals' names or other individual identifiers," but it's okay to search by names to locate "names of authors who write on the topic" that the agent is researching. Of course every citizen of the United States is a possible "author" of e-mail messages on a variety of subjects, so all U.S. citizens are potential "terrorism suspects" under these new guidelines.

 The new Guidelines now encourage the FBI to snoop around looking for people who might be suspicious, creating files on anyone who catches their fancy. Agents can now investigate people, organizations, websites, chat rooms and forums for any reason or for no reason at all. c) Fulfilled Prophecy: (Shortly after 12:00 on the morning of May 28th, 2003, an evil, bald headed man appeared to me in my sleep state. He was demanding that I come with him. Around the time that he was demanding this of me, I was also aware that there were dark, silhouetted figures, who were running through the forest outside our house. I told this man that I would not come with him and in an instant a hand came through the wall with a cloth and this man tried to smother me in my sleep. The Spirit of God woke me up and I went in the living room and prayed. As God is my witness, some of these satanists, government hitmen, who leave their bodies and go out and assassinate, did not make it back to their bodies. Our Father in Heaven showed me that at least five did not make it back to their bodies and they are now in hell. Later, He also showed me their dead bodies in the morgue. Black Helicopter Open Fire Over Stew Webb Whistleblower House

A black helicopter buzzed my house today, and as it went over I and others heard tit-tit-tit-open fire 20 rounds coming from the helicopter. We are looking for shells now.

A railroad boxcar building company in Portland, Oregon received a contract to build 400 special boxcars. Sources inside the company described the boxcars as white "prisoner holding" type rail cars. The prison boxcars have been leaving Portland for over a year now and headed for parts unknown.


A U.S. citizen travelling in Canada spotted white boxcars in several locations travelling North along Highway 1 near Hope, British Columbia. More were spotted 175 miles North of Hope close to Spencers Bridge. Others were spotted between Prince George and Dawson Creek. A total of 100 boxcars were seen by this eyewitness.


Some of the boxcars had doors on the ends, instead of on the sides. At least 22 boxcars were white with green doors. An anonymous source who worked at the plant said that the train cars were prison cars ordered and paid for by the United Nations. He also said that the boxcars had shackles and racks built inside by another company before they left Oregon.


The rail line ends in Ft. Nelson, BC where there is a military base. It has been reported by Canadians that most of the military bases in Canada have been designed and built to be utilized as concentration/prison camps.

In February of 2003, our Father in Heaven warned of an assassination plot by the Illuminati to kill President Bush. Shortly after his appearance on a few of these shows God told me that the evil ones would try to kill Stew Webb. Within twenty four hours of this warnings, he awoke to find "towels flying around the room" and gasping for breath as someone was trying to smother him. Pleading the blood of Jesus, he opened his eyes to see two dark figures fleeing through the wall. What were their secrets that they did not want told? Surely, these secrets had to do with the murder of the president!
